It’s become clear that the world is facing an unprecedented challenge. Like you, we are concerned about Coronavirus (COVID-19), and want to do what we can to keep our employees, families, communities and customers safe. We take this responsibility seriously. 

We are actively monitoring the situation and assessing risks, and are ready to implement immediate changes to ensure a high level of safety. We are following government guidelines on the steps we should take to mitigate the spread of the virus.

What We Are Doing

• Our employees have been advised to follow hygiene protocol, stay home if they feel unwell and take the time they need to care for themselves or their families. 

• Our sick time policy has been revised to give employees peace of mind if they need to be home due to illness. 

• We are monitoring new developments so that we can quickly adapt and continue to provide a safe environment for our employees and exceptional customer service. 

• There has been no disruption to date in our ability to fulfill our bookings, at the moment, it is business as usual at Autogleam, and we’ll continue to be here for you for as long as it’s safe to do so.

We have a safe plan of best practices to ensure that all our services can go ahead with minimum or complete social distancing. 

When we arrive for your valeting service we will knock on your door and observe the minimum 2 metre distancing, you may leave your keys on your door step and we will valet your car without the need to distance. Gloves are worn at all times.

Payment can either be left in the car by you before the valet or indeed we can either leave you a paper receipt and you may opt to pay by bacs. We are fortunately one of the rare business models that customer interaction can be virtually zero so please be rest assured that we can continue to offer you valeting services. You may wish to also drop and go your car into us for the day with no social distance needed, we offer a 10% discount to all valets carried out at our location.

Update!!! 30/March 2020 - Unfortunately due to industry best practices in Europe and the U.S we are being forced to stop providing interior car valeting as from today. This is due to the NIAID report, we are still carrying out all external car valeting services.
